At first glance, the site needs some work. You should add alt attributes to images and title attributes to anchors. If you want to compete in the very competitive web hosting industry, you should probably convert the site to xhtml/css getting rid of all the code bloat and push your main content up higher of your page. Your only competitive keyphrase for your homepage is "web hosting space" and unless you have thousands of backlinks with that phrase as your anchor text, you won't be able to rank for it. You have way too many words on your homepage. Try to condense it and bring your keyword density up to about 4.5 -5% for less competitive keyphrases.
I'd say your on page optimization is doing pretty good. Your homepage title shows up in the top 20 results, but not for that domain, your UK domain shows up. You have ok backlinks and pages indexed, not enough to play in the big leagues yet though. You should probably submit an xml sitemap, and robots out some of your cgi bin pages, www.seochat.com has a good robots.txt generator, I know you already have a robots file, but it's not disallowing anything at the moment.
