It's okay, I think you can add more shading in the lower ab area (or else the figure looks a bit feminine there). For the eyes, it could use some work, it looks too 'solid' Overall, good work
The reflection in the blood? could be extended more to the right. The eyes could be touched up more. Overall it's really good!
Interesting that no one has yet asked you what your creative brief was. Who is the target for this image? What are you trying to express with this picture? Basically I think if you were going to illustrate a "kiddies first reader" I'd say you failed miserably - LOL. But in all seriousness, without knowing the target, it's good work. Dark, comic like. Not quite 3D, but close enough. It smacks of the whole Scooby Doo era
I think this has a lot of potential, I agree with IM5202's shadow comment. I also would have to say that the "kid" doesn't match the "evilness" in the photo. He needs to be a bit more musclar and definately do something to make the eyes look real mean, without overdoing it of course. I also think the tone of the body could be brought down a notch. His skin tone looks to be a bit overexposed. Seriously though, this is quite good, I couldn't even touch this, and really and truely I doubt my comments are even warrented, or they'll even help, but just thought I'd try and give my 2 cents.

Looks good, although I don't like anime style(personal choice). I am wondering where is the light source coming from? Is there a light source in the blood, if so how can it be shown through?
