    It did not take a long time to load.

    The ads on the right of the posts need to be increased in size. I couldn't even see them. And the posts seem to blend into each other. Work on making each post seem as it's own.

    your ads are too small. it's very difficult to see them

    I agree with both of you. I know the size of the ads in the post is too small. But have seen many major bloggers used small ads on the post. Otherwise my readers may skip from my blog.
