I need a reliable html/css/graphics designer for 10-20 projects per year.

    Must be able to work on a project to project basis.

    Must PM examples of work and/or portfolio.

    Each project is anywhere between $100 and $500. You must be reliable for ALL of our projects. They are always simple one to two page designs. Must be good quality.

    We're php programmers, we know html css but we're looking for someone that is better at design than we are :)
