I need a real appraisals for EconomyUS . com, there are a lot of site givin different appraisals, but i wanna know can i sell it and for how much. I am planning selling it on Filipp but i have to know if i should put the listing as premium domain? for that i need to spend about $250
If you aren't sure whether it is a premium, just list it as a "basic listing" ($9) and see what attention it gets. 30 days is awhile for a listing, so if it draws attention early on (bids), you can always purchase an upgrade. If not, you saved yourself $250. Flippa is out to make money as well, so if your listing draws a lot of attention Flippa will take some measures to promote it for free. Now for the value... relatively new (not continuously registered), USeconomy.com would be better (searches + CPC), not too much "economy" past sales. Irisheconomy.com sold ~$700.... business, economy, and market related domains usually get quite a bit of attention on Flippa. I'd list it w/ a starting bid of $49 (no reserve IMO). I'd definitely hold off on the $250 upgrade, IMO.
1. Don't assume that estibot is known from all people 2. estibot has a limit for free accounts, i use my premium to create these appraisals 3. Is it better to see them bump their thread without a reply ? 4. Auto-appraisals is a price range indication based on several factors and so far the best we have, even as a price indication with the other opinion is good for the owner to consider. 5. If the reference of estibot was not beneficial and people think it as an information not worth mentioned here i assume they wouldn't "like" the post 6. I don't get paid per post, even the copy-paste from a service that i pay per month IMO is a positive contribution
it's equivalent to telling people what they want to hear and not what they should hear. How is someone supposed to value their domains if they are just given random numbers? Where is the learning in that?
You can't really put an accurate appraisal on a domain name like that. A domain's value depends on who is buying it and what they perceive the true value to be for them or for their business.
These are not random numbers, they are based on previous sales, CPC rates and several other issues. I don't tell only the prices above 0 but 0 value too domains.
All auto-appraisals are indication for the price range. Regarding of what is the real value of the domain i agree but you don't help anyone with vague descriptions. They all need to start from a number
