I need a re-css service for a new layout

    Hey,
    I have the website:

    And i want to re-shape it so it can looks better.

    One of the good looking one page website i saw is:
    http://doiop.com

    I don't know what i should do tbh, PSD to HTML?
    CSS service?
    I just want to re-change it with a decent price :)

    But my normal rate for XHTML/CSS coding for the first page is $250, then $100 for each secondary page. In this case you really only need 1 page, maybe possibly one and half pages if you have a results page after some one enters a url to be shortened.
