I think that you need to change the look of your site, it does not look good. Change the font, organise the top where all that text is. Make the header higher perhaps.
I couldn't help notice your attempt at SEO'ing your website with the top text, very bad practice and it has been implemented all wrongly. I'm sorry I wouldn't give this site anything above a 2 out of 10. It definitely needs to be improved. It loads too slow, there is too much text and the links don't differentiate from the text all too much. dude, remove the blue text above the body. also, i think the vertical repitition of these pills is not really necessary. other than that, make sure your site validates. chck validator.w3.org
I think you need to consider what your home page looks like above the fold. Your graphics are good but there is too much blue text right in your face. I hope this helps
People don't want to read as much as you have on the home page. They want fast solutions and a clear path to it. Your site has too much competing information on the page to make it clear where to click.
