As the title says I need a CMS Coder for ongoing work. I would prefer if they could code straight from PSD, but can accomodate otherwise. Please post samples, requirements and prices. can you give me some more details? do you need a db system? file based? admin panel functions etc.... or will it be up to the developer to make the decisions based on site needs?
