I need a quote for 2 PHP forms please :)

Hi

I generally use a resource I've found online to build my forms, but as my clients build, and the requirements of the forms change, this is becoming more difficult.

I'd like a quote for these two forms to be rebuilt please, with each field validating and error messages, when they dont...and then finally forwarding to a "Thanks for your email" page

At the moment my Name & Email are mixed up and I dont have the time to sit and figure out how to fix it.
