I need a quick Wordpress design fix, ASAP, Shouldn't take long

    I need the tabs at the top to overlap the banner and for there to be no space in between the banner and the first post. Example:

    Optionally, I'd like the tabs to be placed on the RIGHT hand side of the page.

    Should be a fast job I would assume. Please PM me if interested and specify your turn around time and price. $5 - $15 Max.
