I need a query or do I need a macro?

I am using Ms Access

I want to be able to enter some category from a drop down menu and once a certain category is selected the dropdown menu in the next column is limited to the previous. For instance:

If BMW is in the 1st column then only makes of BMW are in the next drop down list.

Any ideas?
