Buying I need a programming work.

    Hello,

    I need a programming work for a implemented website.

    Im looking for:
    - Section for registration of new users.
    - Panel for registered users where they can upload pictures easily to the web.
    - Panel for webmaster (me) where i can delete not allowed pictures.
    - Score system in each picture (vote script).

    More or lees this is all i need.

    That budget is way to low if you want such a thing selfcoded. You should look for a ready to work script which is sometimes around that price or a free one, there exist plenty.
