I am looking to start a large project alongside my online business and provide a portal for advertisers and publishers to come together. If I could mimic on the technical aspects blogads .com and/or text-link-ads. com that would be perfect. Advertisers pay to submit banners or links and publishers place a code on their site and earn money.
