I need a programmer (PHP, javascript)

I need someone that is willing to work and communicate and has knowledge in php and javascript to complete a site.

Here are some details:
Site already has user registrations, login functions integrated.
A file uploader is already in place some slight modifications will be required.
Site search will need to be implemented.
Sql tables are already created but due to the search being necessary modifications may be necessary.
