I need a professional web designer for complete website design and integreation

The website will need 3 pages designed only , I will give you examples of exactly what I am looking for but would like you to come with the design ideas, examples. Would be great if you can also provide some past work , portofolio.

I will provide all the html files for integration of the design as well. Please also post some average pricing you are looking for this kind of work. To mention the design needs to be very clean and special, in other words - professional.
