I need a privacy policy / conditions of use in english and french

Im working on a bilingual site, and I need a privacy policy and a conditions of uses text, allready translated in french and english.

Any idea where I can find such a thing ?

You can easily find privacy policies by searching for "Model Privacy Policy" in Google. Be sure to only grab one that is not copyrighted, which should be easy enough as various organizations put them out for people to use as a service.

What makes it hard is the bilinguality. I think your best bet is to pay to get it translated, because your French policy and your English policy really ought to be the same.

Depending on the focus and audience of your site, you may also have an issue in that the privacy laws may be way different in France. It's not unusual for European laws in this area to be much stricter than North American policies.

Well, if you have the privacy policy in english, I would be willing to translate it in french. I am a native french speaker.
