Hmm. im not sure.. you can always use rapidshare i spose. but the only probelm is the other person has to download it. Other way is get the code for it to play, and place it on your own website
Icywolfy, here is a link with free image hostings. Of those in the list, other from photobucket, you can take a glimpse at Simpload and YesAlbum - they both support swf upload and share. I can't give you any feedback though, I have never used either of these two.
You can also use www.flashkit.com , not exactly like photobucket but a great resource for anything flash.

I advice you to convert swf to flv, then you can upload flv to YouTube, Google Video, Reuters.com, Yahoo! Video and MySpace, HULU, etc. online video sharing website.
