I Need A Php Programmer To Modify My Site

    i need a php programer to modify my site i have a directory site i am changing the name and also some features. also i would be importing some data and they are in mysql i need a php programmer to help me out. i would be happy if i can get a deal with the programmer we can work together on subsequent sites.

    i would actually like you to do this for me if we can strike a deal i want to install scripts into a new server i am changing the name of the site due to a split up with my partner and i have all rights and patents accorded to the scripts its a custom scripts. the site is www.nigerialistings.com. i just want some little modification. what happened is me and a partner are seperating and i want to continue with the project he is not interested. it was designed for us by a php programmer from romania i have the code and since you are good at php and scripts i was thinking you could help me install the scripts on a newname which i bought and a new hosting service. i will try to get a new design for it you can help me with it to. lets see what we can do but just give me a quote and lets negotiate i have the codes with me and we can talk but you can visit the site. you know i cant integrate the script into the current page cos we are splitting. so the things you would need to modify on the new site are

    (1.) the registration page is restrictive and strictly goes to a payment page at the end of the registration. you have to make a payment but now i want a paid listings and a free listings to accompany it. the paid method are for sponsors which we put on all those are ok. i also just want free listings added as an aoption
    (2.) in the admin the countries and states/region/province were set and we couldnot create new countries and state we could only create cities. i want us to be able to do that.(create new countries and state/region/province). you can include all countries and leave the spot for cities / states for us to create for ourselves.
    (3.) the pictures where set to 6 pictures i want it more than that atleast 10 pictures for free listings and paid listings unlimited. the kb for pictures can be restricted to 200 kb. the paid memebers may have unlimited pictures. or moreso we can set the number of pictures ourselves but just dont want it restricted for paid members

    i will give you access to the admin thru www.nigerialistings.com/manageme if u need one. i dont have much money though here attached below is a list of how the table appears i would like the table on the sql page to be adjusted.i have someone to convert it but i would like you to set the tables if your are going to work for me. my budget is 120 dollar to include design modification i have templates if you need one. i will send if you need. uou have to be experiences this are high level codes
