I am a writer and want to set up a site that allows me to create a quick login for my customers for them to be able to check on the status of their order. Basically, I want customers to be able to login and check the status of their order, which I would update as soon as it would change. When they pull up their order, here is what I want them to be able to see (all things from only I can change from the admin area): #1.) Their order description: I want to be able to describe their order with a short description #2.) Status: I want to be able to change the status of the order so that it can show: Researching, Writing, Pending Your Review, Pending Submission #3.) The Article Itself: I want to be able to submit the article so that the customer can see their article when I submit it. This I want the customer to be able to do: #4.) Once the article has been written and posted, I want the customer to be able to review it, edit it, and then submit it back to me (without overwriting the original article posted by me). I want all these posts to be visible on both the admin page as well as the customers page. It would also be nice to be able to organize all the orders from the admin page somehow... maybe by status: That way I know which orders to look for etc without going through all of them everytime to figure out which one needs work etc. These are my thoughts so far.
