    I need a PayPal VCC. Does anyone know where I can buy one now? I tried VCC bank, but they're all sold out. I need it to activate my PayPal account. I use to have a PayPal account, but it's no longer any good (I'd rather not explain the reasons for this). I only have a Green Dot card, and if anyone know where I can buy a PayPal VCC with Green Dot, please let me know. Thanks.

    VCC is not allowed here at DP so you can do google and can get many shops on internet.

    you can use entropay ,but you need a cradit card for that .
