I need a Paypal clone script

Does anybody know of any reliable and well-known Paypal clone scripts? Basically anything that does the same thing as paypal or something like it?

Cost is of little importance right now.

I though I would have to have it custom made. I'd be interested in a company that sells the script and has reliable support and updates it frequently as new web attacks release.

 

For a script to cover a business like Paypal's I'd rather consider hiring a group of highly experienced developers on a permanent basis to build the system and maintain it continuously. That if like you said, money is not an issue.

I dont know how good these are but i wouldnt trust it. When you start dealing with money people need to know its secure and you need to know its secure.

 

To start something like Paypal it will take a load more than a script. I researched it around 4-5 months ago.

 

I know, but it's the script that I'm looking for right now.

I'm well aware of the security issues of a pre-made script. However, it can be used as a foundation for a team to edit to save time and money.

I'm just in charge of scoping this out for a company.

Out of interest...what are you going to set up when you do have the script? A PayPal Competitor? If so: think about: your financial services licensing (to hold money for people), bank transfers, cc transacions, massive call centre, security policy, HACKING threat = money lost = sue.

Just trying to look on the bright side. Though....if your setting it up for someone else, then, fair do's.

 

remember! if you are using script for electronic money transactions, it is not just walk in the park. You have to be very careful in using pre-made or third party scripts because of security aspects. I heard that there are lot of bugs and security loopholes in such scripts which can be exploited by crooks, hackers and steal money. Such scripts need to withstand lots of DOS attacks any time and servers must very made very secure.

I would hire a professional company who specialize in this and code the web software.

 

I'm not looking to compete with Paypal.

I appreciate the contributed concern for me and this project, but I'm just looking for the answer to my original question. Not trying to be an ass, it's just as an employee under contract, I can't give any more information. It's just the rules.

u cannot attach credit card to it though

reason ::::::::If you want to add an API VISA<->Script you must talk with VISA. AMEX,DISCOVER... Too much money and time lost with this script (lot of vulnerabilities).
