I need a paypal activated

    My friend needs his paypal activated, but can't get a bank or credit card.

    I need a way to verifiy his account, without actually having a credit card or bank. I heard something about VCCs, can somebody explain this to me? pwetty please?

    Yes you can easily getting VCC at price of $5 to $10. Please check for this at Buy,Sell or Trade section of this forum where so many sellers selling VCC's at cheap price.

    Before you do, make sure you read about the horror stories which comes with using VCCs.

    In any case, if you are from the US, you need to use a bank account to verify your account.

    yup. It is true. use VCC to activate your account may cause your account become limited. The best ways is to apply for some local debit card and activated your paypal using it.
