Hello fellow members. Just now i hit a very innovative idea. Tried searching if there are any people implementing it .But didnt find any SO it would be a really good innovation, IF executed properly I have myself not earned so much on internet,So i cannot raise so much for design,Coding (not xhtml/css),initial marketing etc. Yes, Domain and hosting wil be handled by me. So i am looking for a partner who can finance the above aspects. I have got all the design idea, the working plan for the site.And even some marketing plans too. This partnership will really help me as well as you. Since the idea is very unique and holds a gr8 future. Plz post your comments below. And if you are willing to help me out and partner with me, pm me with details on how we will forge the partnership(officially and legally). My idea is very unique.and i want to make sure it doesnt get stolen so if you are really going to invest money for the project. then only i can tell since i have a fear if i tell the idea to all people. someone might use it before me So plz tell me how should i go for this.

Draw up a NDA before you tell your idea and have the intrested parties sign it before. I would be intrested BTW.
