I need a page like youtube

can anyone tell me where to go to get info on user uploaded server side conversion of video files to flash like they do on You tube?

I am trying to put together a new site and can't implement it without.

I created http://www.upflicks.com using PHP/MySQL with FFMpeg and GDLib. You can do the same or license someone else's.

 

Our team can design and produce a youtube clone with even better looking interface, but the price is around 6k and will take 2 months to create.

 

Depending on who I had to deploy this for of course.... I would use something like phphmotion http://www.phpmotion.com/ and modify as necessary. It would certainly save a range of headaches with ffmpeg, etc.

thanks for the help so far. I think the phpmotion might be my answer to start. Do you know if you can remove some of the features. I want the video to be shared automatically?
