I Need a Page Designed ASAP + Coded - Easy $$$

Hi Everyone,

Remember to keep smiling and to be happy. There's no better time for that then now.

I need a RELIABLE, FAST and TALENTED designer/coder to build me a website. It needs to be done for yesterday, but if its done before the weekend I would be really happy.

Here goes: I want a page that looks just like or something like http://www.gowebfetti.com . However, it CAN'T look like we copied the page and my man will need to make it look like my page is really unique.

The basic concept => I need people to click on the graphics. The 6 graphics you will make MUST be interactive - changing colors on mouse over or something. I just want as many young visitors to click as possible.

If you can do some graphic design to make me such a page + if you can code it properly to make it look fun, you're my man.

REMEMBER: I need this done fast. The FIRST person to reply who seems to know his/her stuff gets the deal. Please check your PM's often today so we can get this project finished.

I can't be waiting hours to see if someone is working on it or not yet.

I'll offer a good $30 to $45 for the simple one-page website. It needs to be given to me in .html format quickly and I'll pay via PayPal.
