I need a new server with adult proxy normal sites dedicated

I have over 200 domains maybe 100 sites nothing that take to much power but i am thinking of a dedicated older secure server

0) Dedicated (or similar) server located in USA EU, good uptime and ping
1) I do not have that much traffic but would like to have maybe 2 proxy
2) CPu just as it faster then shared hosting
3) RAM, I do not need much
4) Load of space some of my sites are 1 GB
5) linux
6) around 50 US a month or less
7) Cpanel
8) Legal adult
9) Support that not take weekend off
10) Proxy
11) Been in the market for sometime not to many ping to main source

 

You can never get a cpanel dedicated server with this price. As cpanel itself costs you $20. Increase your budget to atleast $80 - $100.

 

i am not sure i need a dedicated maybe a shared will be ok if i skip the proxy

 

you will mostly find slow celerons below $50USD. I think you should be better off buying a High End VPS instead. its performance would be way better than celeron server.
