I need a new Header, Logo, and more for my site

    I usually contact designers directly, but this site needs some picture work done sorta, so Im looking for someone who is confident to take the job on.

    Here is what I need

    This site started as a doctor only search, but I am turning it into a Doctor, Therapist, Alternative Medicine Practicioner, and even Massage Therapist directory!

    So the header on top needs to be redone as they are all 'doctor/nurse' looking people, and the picture below is only doctor related! I need to bring it all together in harmony! :)

    Also, the 'pill' on the left of the banner is the 'logo'. That needs to be changed!
    And the writing and tagline need to change to more web2.0 looking and change the tag line.
    Im thinking: "Finding and Researching Practitioners Has Never Been Easier"

    who can do all these changes for me?
