I need a new avatar [20$]

    Hello designers,
    I want to hire a high designer for this job not a amateur. I have this pic with me: http://img237.imageshack.us/img237/3182/astac.jpg
    Now I want to transform that picture in a best avatar. Can I help you with that:
    Background black or gray something like that - Logo PokerStars and for rest you need to contribution with your inspiration.
    Show me the portfolio and I chose one designer.
