I need a neteller card , to pay $40

    Hi i need some one to help me get a neteller card i learnt it works worldwide but the cards are not sent to some countries (i am in one of such countries), interested PM me so we would talk about this

    Neteller cards are supposed to be very useful I believe. I am not sure whether I can receive the card in my own country.

    How can we help you to get a Neteller card? The only way is to create an account verify it receive the card and the give it you. You cannot use the card alone without the associated Neteller account. Its harder than verifying a US Paypal account.
