Here is what I need: I am looking to create a mobile video site. The main page just needs to be simple, with my logo and a search field. This site only needs to work on mobile phones, as many as possible It also needs to have a place where I can upload videos from computer. These videos do not need to be catagorized in any way. The user will NOT be browsing videos. They will only be viewing the video that they are directed too. They will be directed by a yard sign. So, the video needs to be on a simple extention like 123, or 1234. The user will enter this number in the search box on the main page. ONce they do, I want the video to play with no other graphics or text on the page. I need to know what format the videos need to be in. Youtube's mobile format must work pretty well, whatever that is. I need a programmer who can do this for me. Is anyone up to the challenge?
