I need a Mihilism Host Script edit for 'title' and 'download link' fields

    hi

    i own a screen capture site and i need extra fields so the user can add the title and the download link to the video of the screenshot they are uploading.

    in addition to the 'browse file field' I need 'title' and 'download link' fields, so the viewer can download the video.


    here an example of what i mean

    yeah im confuse ..why would the user input a download link when he havent uploaded the image?
