    Hi IM3D - a decent attempt, but:

    1. It's too big
    2. The style of design isnt exactly to my liking
    3. The credit card has no 'personality'.. it's not really a mascot.

Brainwaves, Staneil, alztudio: Not really what I'm looking for, sorry. If you'd like to give it another shot, use the style at Freelanceswitch and Global Zoo as a guide.

Watari: Interesting attempt, but not quite. Mascot needs to have more 'attitude' - maybe also try turning the card 90 degrees?

Mopguy - Not bad. Can you try making the head a bit bigger, and the face more expressive? Would you be able to show me a few different postures and color schemes?

Please keep em coming - I'll be selecting a winner very soon.

    Revision
    - Bigger head/face features
    - Two different postures
    - I did not change much about the face expression except for the eye staring direction, mouth, etc. The eyes and mouth can be changed to illustrate different mood though e.g. winking eyes, sleepy face, etc.
    - I also did two quick color change for the costume so that you know how it looks like and how flexible it is to change color.

    Here's my shot at it
Rather than going with an animal illustration, I decided to illustrate a middle aged Executive holding a masterCard as the mascot. This way it appeals to both the younger & older generations as professional. (E.G. Younger gen. Via the toonish mascot / Older Gen Via the executive presence)

wow, I've seen some $400.00 - $800.00+ quality on this thread (Not including mine)..... It looks like allot of these designers have gone above & beyond the prize value with there work.

Congrats to all the designers that have entered so far.

CH, How about describing better what you're looking for so all these talented designers can accommodate you better. No sense in Wasting anymore of your or the designers time with shots in the dark.

You may even get better entries with a higher prize contest. Though I think allot of the designers on this thread are Very talented & show it in their work already. Again, Great job Designers, you guys definitely make for a good competition. (Wipes the sweet from his forehead :) )
