To be honest, it depends upon what you need. You can either create a mailform using HTML: http://www.w3schools.com/html/tryit.asp?filename=tryhtml_form_mail which utilises the basic HTML form type of thing.

The other slightly more complicated option is to use PHP: http://www.w3schools.com/php/php_mail.asp both are relativley easy to do if you are willing to spend a bit of time learning some new stuff..

i think w3schools really can help you.. i learned about html and other programming languages in w3schools.

 

W3schools are really good. Sometimes scripts come with your hosting package that include contact us forms and stuff like that.
