    Hi,

I need a really low impact sport for toning up. I have a weak knee and really sensitive ankles. Anyone suggest any? The only one people keep saying is swimming or yoga - anything else?

It totally depends on you, but a good weight routine will do wonders for you. You can gear the program to have little to no impact on your knee/ankles and you'll see huge benefits, especially with the 'toning up' part of weight loss and keeping fit.

Seems like swimming will be perfect for you. Any reason you don't want to?

What about cycling (or at least using an exercise bike)

Another one here to agree with swimming. Great full body workout and the cardio is even better when using a snorkel swimming laps.

In my opinion, yoga is your best choice, maybe.

    Why sports?!
In your condition any sports are prohibited - just relaxing exerxises and morning walking for five miles.
