OK I wonder why people don't puc watermarks on their works?! Now somebody can just stole them and start a website with your logo without paying... This is bad! Just make a new layer and put a white line.. So nobody will spam that this site has been copied and that this contest might be scam... I sent my entry on pm and it has lines - on pm - not copying my idea! ________- And what exactly you saw in DP's tos that will allow you to report somebody because he has the same site ? Many people own a buxes with the same script - they should report each other ?! (wait)
A friend of mine pointed me to this DP thread that is why I found this thread! The guy Lewis Dobson had access to the Cpanel and copied the site and database etc.. I'm not sure if the thread starter is the the guy who had access to the Cpanel or he was just hired to redesign the copied site. I just want to send a warning to other members.. Bodil40 is right, you should put watermark of your submitted graphic if you enter into a contest.

if he doesn't pay, designer should contact the scammer's host and they will bring his site down. of course you need proof that your creator of the design (your psd and ai files)
