I agree! and ysf ... lemme put it like this: if your old avatar comes back, I will give you a red rep, not only leave my name, publically admit to it, but also call upon all members to do the same - don't test me
I now changed it back (although its a different picture) Cheers I am just 4 points from a double green...Something tells me that won't be the case by tommorow
Ok, i'm glad i'm not the only one creeped out by his avatar, i've mentioned it in 2 other threads! I have no idea who he is, but it's freaky.
I agree, ysf since this thread is about logos ... avatars are same ... like an identity. Take our advice, people get scarred bro. I'm sure you don't look like that
When you run a logo contest, how long do you usually give people to submit entries? Is it a week, a month? Just curious before I set one up. Thanks for the info so far!
I have had the odd logo design on Sitepoint, around $50 like Fryman said and you get some really good and bad designs thrown at you, put an end date for your comp though as some people wait until near the end before deciding to get inspired and submit something, but you can get a vector based logo suitable for cards/printing and the web for that if you state everything clearly at the start.
Don't tell anyone you saw me here, they won't believe you Then again I just heard that the recent reported sightings of the Loch Ness monster have just been overtaken by some mad alien wearing a blue helmet and yellow eyes
Nope, if you look at post #35 there is definetally a blue headed alien with yellow eyes Aye, Nessie maybe a myth I guess, but those hotels and boat rides in Inverness still make millions a year from it. Maybe Nessie controls tool bar page rank and its affect on the SERPS
