    Just an idea, for BlogParty.NET which will be a forum, directory, resource on where to get free blogs, how to market them and most of all where to find the best ones.
    We are also developing our own blogs for reproduction.

    What would be a good concept for a logo?

    How do you make blogs party?

    I would like some thoughts, guys :)

    Maybe create characters called blogs? That opens up a whole new realm of design and branding ideas. :)

    The reason I ask is if you have some budget for this (I'd say about 50 bucks) you should go open a contest at Sitepoint. I have seen some designs over there that leave me with my jaw open.

    You don't even need to know how you want your logo, just give a general idea and people will start working on that.

    Good idea for the contest Fryman... I may go start one here in the next couple weeks. I've been working on a new logo for a site, but nothing has been coming to mind lately.

    Just post your general idea and you will have many good designers trying to win your project.

    Put up a nice amount as payment, the highest you can afford, that will bring in the most respected designers. There was one guy called malbar that is just a genius, but I don't know if he still enters the contests.

    Even if you are on a low budget, most of the people there do it just for fun and to increase their portfolio.

    What do people consider high and low for a logo?

    I pay around $20-$25 per and couldn't be happy. Am I on the low or high side?

    High quality would be around $100

    Wow, I'm not letting go of my guy then. I did recently see that he raised his published prices to $50.
