I need a logo done..

Hello all..

I have just started a new wrez forum.
I need a logo or some ideas or rough samples for it, that can replace the traditional vbulletin logo.

Please note that the size is 209 * 85 pixels.

I need the logo to be in contrast with the default vb theme (I am not planning to change the theme.)
This is not a contest and I am not paying anyone as I have $000.00000000000 in my PayPal account.

i just need some ideas and a free rough sample to get some idea on how to make the logo..i can make it but i am confused with the design

 

Oh ..you mean its for free of cost ..Anyways i suggest you to goolge " worlds best logos" [brandsoftheworld.com] and you could get many more ideas ..( i am not kiddding).. this could be a great start while watching other logos for ideas..

You're making a website who makes it's business from distributing software without regard to the intellectual property of the software owners. You want a logo designed, and you're looking for an original and protected piece of Intellectual Property that you own.

Now, I'm neither preaching against nor promoting your actions, but would it fall in line with your purpose and ethics if you did the same for a logo? It might help better explain the purpose of your site if you borrow IP from another company's logo and re-brand it was your own in a fresh way, but while still being recognized as something else.

I'll do it. I'm an old school programmer, started in 1987, and have been doing graphics & logos since about '92. I enjoy it, so no problem. I guess I could throw it together and add the image here for you. If you don't like, I'll do again.
