I need a little job done in HTML

    Hi,
    There is a little help i need on my web page.
    I need a programmer to help me with a little fragment of code... it should take like 5 mins..
    I need an email submit box.. as in, only the email submit setion should be visible in a little box on my webpage (for cpa)
    i have the link to the page which has the entire form, i need only the email submit part to be visible.
    Please get in touch if you can help me.
