I need a little Favor

    Hi Guys
    I need a Little Favor, I have about 11$ In my Paypal but i can't With Draw them,as my country is not listed in paypal list.i can only withdraw through moneybookers.com, if any one can send me 11$ in my Moneybookers account i will transfer my Paypal 11$ to his/her Account.
