Don't trust those top host lists. They're ordered by the amount of commission the website owner receives rather than by how good they are. Also, nothing is unlimited, so don't go for that otherwise you'll end up with slow hosting that's always down. Give Brinkster a try. They're a host I've used in the past for Windows hosting.
