I need a link to get me indexed on google and yahoo

I am looking for some links to get my page indexed on Google and Yahoo.

I hope some one will help. I promise to add your site to my page if you help me get indexed. (only if you want my link that is.)

Thats an easy one .. stick around here and get to 25 odd posts or so ... then you can put a signature with links to your website like I have done at the bottom ... once a few of your pages are indexed by G then join the CO-Op Ad Network and that will get you more links.

 

Hey, rjcable, for your 2nd post (then only 23 to go) you recover crashed hard drives? Can you also rescue data off potentially corrupted CDR/RW CDs too?

As you can tell I am fairly new to this game, but I want to learn fast. We can recover data from all digital media. (inc CD and DVD)

Have you submitted your URL to Google for free? http://www.google.com/addurl.html Yahoo also does free submit but you'll have to log in http://search.yahoo.com/info/submit.html

You'll be able to put your URL in your sig when you've posted a bit more - it's just a way to ensure that no 1 post wonders get a free link for little contribution

 

Try to get more backlinks. It should help you get indexed quickly. I read somewhere that google's "Add Url" is useless. It that true?

There's no reason not to post a link to your site here, after all, you're up front and willing to swap links - it's a fair enough request.

I'm really not sure what you'd prefer, be it Drive Recovery UK or Data Recovery UK so I thought I'd post both. I would advise you though to check out the coop, once your site is fully indexed, it'll work well for you.

Yes, getting backlinks is part of the strategy so that shold be done anyway.

As for Google's "Add Url" being uselsess do you mean you won't get listed in Google if you use it AND have no backlinks? As an experiment I started a project some months back and only did Google's "Add Url". The site did get listed, within a few weeks, with no backlinks. However, the flipside is that it doesn't get found on any keyword terms at all. None of them. But that's OK 'cos the site isn't ready for the world just yet, the content doesn't get updated etc...

So yeah, in this peculiar/particular case you could say it's useless

 

agree with Lever no links to your side how is G or anyone else supposed to find it?

Thus submission to G gets you in but that's it

get into as many directories and dmoz as you can get away with (free and paid) that'll build some of your required backlinks will get you into G & Y etc......

If you have unique & great content you can bargin you way into a lot of paid sites as they are desperate for content....

Its the power of a big forum like this. If you start posting here and add it into your signature you can encourage deep crawls (Most likely it will only be your index page that is spidered for a while)

 

Do as has already been suggested. Contribute to this forum, get 25 posts under your belt and then you can have a signature that will show up in your posts and you have have a link to your site in your signature. You only have 20 more posts to go. You can contribute quality content to achieve the post count in just a few days.

and others you can find on your way... It'll help your site a lot. Also remember to put a sig file to your site after are done with a 25 post.

In between, I don't mind getting a free link from your site....

 

In my experience it is very easy to get indexed fully, just about any old link anywhere will get google on your site.

The issue is making it mean anything. Getting hits from search engines on what yopu actually want them to hit on, requires a lot of links and a lot of SEO work, especially in your area which is very competative.

interesting experiment. im doing a similiar thing with spam - to find out how long it takes for a new address to get spammed and the growth rate after that.

If you get a few backlinks you won't need to submit any URLs
to the SEs, they'll find your website.

I never once manually submitted and most SEs have my website
listed.
