    All right guys, since I got so many replies (about 30 designs) I decided to close the tournament earlier and give 3 prizes:

    Gold Medal (25$): Pixobox (nothing to say, your design has professionalism and style)
    Silver Medal (10$): Cissed (you came up with a great idea with that tattooed monk head, but I didn't like one of the fonts you used)
    Bronze Medal (5$): VSM Design (I like the metallic look of your fonts and your monk is a good addition but somehow they don't fit as well together)

    To all the others: thanks for your participation but your design either looked too cartoonish, too simple, had too much stuff, or didn't fit at all the requirements specified in the OP. See how the 3 listed above have come up with something unique and professional based on the requirements/theme of the site.
