I need a HTML/CSS coder

I had someone design me a simple website, but the problem is he poorly coded it and ditched me. Not only is it poorly coded but theres nothing spicy to it, very plain and boring.

I'm hoping to find someone who can spice it up and fix the junk coding for a reasonable price. It's a VERY simple website so I'm not looking to pay much at all.

Also, I'm looking to build a relationship with a html/css coder for future projects. (I have a bad habit of buying domains. . If you are interested in this, you will need to live in the United States or Canada and have a phone and be willing to whip up websites with few days notice.
