I need a html coder that really wants to do work

    I am tired of people saying they will do the work I need and not doing it.

    I am looking for a serious coder that can do xhtml 1 strict.

    I have a lot of pages that need to be coded. There are no graphics and I do not have PSD's for this work.

    You will work scans I have drawn to show you what needs to go where.
