    Turbo agreed a rate with me to write two articles, and gave me a deadline. I wrote them, and sent them before the requested turnaround. This was at the beginning of the week. Since sending them, Turbo has failed to respond to any PMs or emails, despite having been online several times a day. He promised to pay as soon as he saw the articles. Yet as soon as he recieved them he stopped replying. I sent a PM today, in which I made it clear that I would post here and leave negative itrader if he fails to respond, and pay for the articles that he recieved. Again, he did not respond. Here are the PMs in which he clearly promises payment.


    Turbo can respond here, but still owes me for these articles.

    Thats why whenever I send out articles to a client, I have them in .jpg form right before they send out a payment. So if they choose to run off with them, it'll be harder for them to duplicate the content.
