I need a header, footer & box cover edited in Photoshop $7

Hi everyone...

I need a header, footer & box cover edited in Photoshop.

I have the images, I just need you to add the text I want
in the style I want.

Please be good at your work (might have a repeat customer)

I will pay $7. I shouldn't take but 5 minutes or less to do the job.

PM me if you can do it in the morning (within the next 8 hours)......
