    Definitely start with the Adwords keyword tool first. This will show you search volume to give you an idea of your competition.

    Don't bother paying anyone to do this work for you. Start with the keyword tool that Adwords offers and put together a campaign for yourself. You will learn alot more this way and will be able to do this work for yourself going forward.
