I would recommend that you reverse the order of your website building tasks. For example, in your case you should perform tasks in the following order: 1) Build search engine 2) Buy a Domain Name for it I recommend this approach because, although I have never built one, I am assuming that building a search engine like google.com or bing.com is more complicated then buying a domain name. Just my 2 cents
rather than build the search engine yourself, you might be able to find a script which acts as a search engine of some sort. that would save you time. but the problem is, your site is a very long domain, typing that in actually takes longer than it does to goto google and search for what you want and have results
probably there are some scripts you can use, search in google "open source search engine" or "open source spider" also i think you can buy a copy of Inktomi it's search quality like of msn also go one by one and see if you can get the source of one of them: h**p://www.searchenginedictionary.com/spider-names.shtml you can hire some Indian company with engineers to build it for you. also you can buy from someone an old google api and make a mixed search engine, there are some like sites like Search pile, they sell search results to word tracker. for me your domain name is better for Bux.to clone for questionires. if i would like to do something i would do some scraping of current search engines. and enlargement of search results to relevance. for example if a term exists in wikipedia (or wikipedia like website). add to search term for a section title, for each section title in the wikipedia entery and make something like a smart first page result. or allow searches guided by a list of websites like [All the forms, you can detect them like phpbb in title], wikipedia, yahoo answers , you tube, twitter.

Trust me when I say this...You will never be able to create a search engine like google. Google has many many employees who work on it everyday. It is so complex im 100% positive you dont have the time or money to do this. So instead of shattering your dreams here, i'll give a more realistic suggestion. A website like about.com Say if you payed free lancers to cover a whackload of topics and you compiled them to seperate sections and they were all unique then im sure in no time your traffic would grow substantially, If seo on those pages were done correctly. Another suggstion is a more 2.0 outlook on a wikipedia type site. Don't ask me how..if I knew I would be doing it. use your imagination and think of something.
