I need a good web host and domain registrar?

Discussion in 'General Business' started by Design1, Apr 17, 2013.

I am not sure where the best place to post this would be but it is generally relating to my business. I'm curious what would be the cheapest, reliable web host out there? I need them to be able to host my 21 domains. I don't use a lot of bandwidth or space.
    Thank you,
    Rene

NEVER use godaddy to host things. You people are nuts.

It is ok to register your domain there but you should check hostgator perhaps for hosting. They are reasonably priced and generally quite helpful.

Hostgator is the best. You can register a domain there and host. It is also the fastest among the hosting sites. Hopes this helps!

Go with "Godaddy" as your domain registrar and use "Hostgator" for your hosting needs.

I recommend Godaddy as domain registrar and DO NOT recommend IPAGE for hosting.

Whatever you do, DON'T choose 1 & 1 for your domain. Any time you need to change domain information or do anything, you have to wait a long time before it actually happens. For example, when you purchase a domain, they don't even register it for you immediately. They wait to register domains in bulk, so they don't secure it for your instantly. Someone else can actually still get your domain from a different reg even after you order from 1 & 1 (for up to a few days). Get your domain from anywhere but them (unless you really don't mind waiting.) I suggest GoDaddy or NameCheap. For hosting, I am very happy with Hostgator.

    Hello Design1,

I will suggest you to try webis.in because they are providing unlimited hosting for unlimited domain only for $39.99 per year. If you are in planing to buy hosting than you can use "discount10all" coupon code for additional 10% discount for business plan.

Doesn`t look like it`s been mentioned yet and it`s one of my favourite domain registrars: http://internetbs.net
For hosting, head over to webhostingtalk and go for one of the established companies who have decent feedback.
